Delivery Service & Charges
We dispatch goods using both third-party courier delivery contractors and our own delivery service. Our normal delivery charges are detailed below, but certain exclusions apply:
Free delivery service on all orders over £100.00 (excl. VAT)
A delivery charge of £5.95 will be applied to orders under £100.00
Free delivery on all orders over £120.00 (excl. VAT)
A delivery charge of £9.45 will be applied to orders under £120.00
Free delivery on all orders over €120.00 (excl. VAT)
A delivery charge of €7.85 will be applied to orders under €120.00

Delivery Terms
Ebrington Medical will endeavour to meet any delivery date quoted but delivery dates are given and intended as an estimate only. Ebrington Medical will make every effort to dispatch goods on time, and for our courier to deliver within the agreed service timescales. However if there are any circumstances whatsoever which prevent or delay delivery, Ebrington Medical shall not be bound to supply or make delivery of any goods ordered, nor shall it be liable for any damage or consequential loss or in any other way for failure to supply or delay in delivery when so prevented or delayed.
Deliveries are made Monday – Friday (Excluding Bank Holidays) between the hours of 8am and 6pm, please note that we are unable to specify a delivery time. Couriers are contracted to deliver to your main reception point only.
Upon taking delivery of the order please ensure that the order is checked for damages and shortages before signing for the consignment. All damages or shortages must be notified to the courier and noted on the delivery note before signing. With parcel deliveries please check that you sign for the number of parcels that have been delivered. Upon signing for the consignment the risk of damages and shortages passes to you the customer.
If your order has not arrived within 3 working days of your expected delivery date it is recommended that you notify us so that we can investigate. Missing orders must be notified to Ebrington Medical within 10 working days from the date of invoice; Ebrington Medical do not accept liability for missing orders notified after this time.
